Premium  Tubettone (large ditalini) pasta produced in Gragnano (Naples), Italy, using only the finest Gluten Free Flours (Rice and Corn) and water from the local Lattari mountains. The pasta is bronze extruded and is air dried according to old traditions passed on from previous generations.

The best GF pasta EVER

We first found this pasta in Italy. It is the best GF pasta out there and cooks just like gluten containing pasta. Its texture and flavor are both excellent.

These pastas from Italy are just amazing! Fabbrica Della Pasta (Gluten Free) is by far the BEST gluten free pasta Ive ever had. Ive tried so many and this is by far the most delicious that tastes like regular pasta. They take a little longer to boil up, but well worth the wait.
With these tubbetone I made macaroni & peas. OMG! This pasta makes the difference. Just delicious!
If you are gluten free, you owe it to yourself to try this brand. You will not be disappointed.
