We at La Bottega della Nonna want all our customers to have a safe, pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. As such, we have put in place our Return Policy to cover the different categories of products that we offer in La Bottega. Food Products:
All food products are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order of food products is damaged or doesn’t meet your satisfaction, please contact us at the contact information below and we will help you in resolving the matter.
Cooking with Nonna Cookbooks:
All Cooking with Nonna Cookbooks are final sale as they are dedicated and personalized books. As such they cannot be returned. If a book has been incorrectly dedicated or is damaged, please contact us at the contact information below and we will help you in resolving the matter.
Kitchen Accessories and other Gadgets:
Kitchen Accessories and other Gadgets may be exchanged up to 30 days after delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange any Kitchen Accessories and other Gadgets, the items in question must meet the following conditions:
Item is in the condition it was sent in.
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in the original box, if any.
- The item was not purchased on the clearance page.
If your return is approved a gift card will be issued for the purchase amount once we receive the product. The gift card amount is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery or sales tax. If the product is a Free Shipping product, the shipping charges that we incurred to ship you the product in the first place will be deducted from the amount to be credited to you via the gift card.
If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you. It may take up to 14 business days for returns to be processed. We do not cover shipping costs at this time.

Clothing may be exchanged up to 30 days after delivery. If you wish to exchange clothing, the item in question must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in the condition it was sent in.
- No excessive wrinkling.
- Must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- The item was not purchased on the clearance page.
- Item does not contain animal/human hair.
- Items do not smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant
Please include exchange instructions and your order number with the return. As long as you get your order back to us, we are happy to switch it out for something of equal value.
We do not offer exchanges on Final Sales or out-of-stock items.
If your item is damaged, please contact customer support for assistance.
For all other returns, we will refund the item’s purchase price in the form of a store gift card that can be used at any time.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the product(s) to us. We will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged product(s) back to you.
Jewelry Exchanges:
Jewelry may be exchanged up to 30 days after delivery.
If you wish to exchange jewelry, the item in question must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in the condition it was sent in.
- Item is in the same box it was sent in
- The item was not purchased on the clearance page.
Please include exchange instructions and your order number with the return. As long as you get your order back to us, we are happy to switch it out for something of equal value. Any damage to the jewelry or discoloration is considered normal wear and tear.
We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items-- if the item is out of stock, we will exchange your purchase for something of equal value.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the product(s) to us. We will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged product(s) back to you.
Jewelry Care Notes
Please keep in mind that the items we sell are artisanal gold-plated fashion jewelry and tones/colors may vary because of the unique plating process. For best results, please avoid contact with water and with lotions/perfumes etc.

Incorrect Item Received/Defect
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Bottega@cookingwithnonna.com or via our contact number below. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
Late / Missing Refunds
Packages are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to seven business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-5 business days for your refund to show on your statement. If you still have not received a refund, please contact customer support for assistance.
