Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York using USPS or UPS. All shipping rates are automatically provided to us directly by the USPS and UPS. The shipping rates are determined based on the total size of the products in the order and their total weight. They do not take in consideration the value of the products.
Most orders received by 2:00PM ship the same day that the order is received. Otherwise, they ship the next business day. Please be aware that weekends do not count as a transit day. We also reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one you have chosen if we feel that the order will get to you sooner due to holiday or seasonal circumstances.
Cheeses & Cured Meats
If as part of your order you are ordering Cheeses & Cured Meats, please read the following very carefully.
To ensure the freshest Cheeses & Cured Meats possible, all orders containing Cheeses & Cured Meats will be shipped from Monday through Wednesday Only!
We ship all our packages out of Brooklyn, New York. Once you have added all your products to the Shopping Cart and are ready to Checkout, you will be prompted with the different shipping options.
If you live in a nearby state to New York and the Standard or Free Shipping options say that it will take 1 Business Day to arrive to you, then feel free to select that option.
If you live in a state that will take longer than 1 Business Day, then you need to select the 2 Business Day shipping option or the Cheeses & Cured Meats may not arrive in good conditions and in this case we assume no responsibility for those shipments.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receipt of your order, please place your Cheeses & Cured Meats in the refrigerator. It is best to store your Cheeses & Cured Meats tightly wrapped in plastic wrap for best results. Enjoy your Cheeses & Cured Meats by the "best by" date listed on the package. When you prepare your antipasto board, don't forget to pull your Cheeses & Cured Meats from the fridge a bit before serving – they are best enjoyed at room temperature.
Free Shipping:
All orders over $125 ship free within the USA only. However, depending on the content of the order and destination, we reserve the right to not honor the free shipping in which case we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Free Shipping Products:
Certain products ship free. However, if in the same order you have a product that ships free and one or more products that do not ship free, you will be charged shipping charges for the products that do not ship free. Of course, if the entire order goes over $99 then the order will ship free.
International Shipping:
All Countries:
We do ship our products in most countries. However, we do not ship food products internationally. If you find that your country is not on our list of allowed countries, please contact us and we may enable that country.
Australia:
Due to the current Covid conditions in Australia, the US Postal Service has suspended all economical parcel shipping services to your country. They are only offering the USPS Priority Mail Express International service which is very fast but of course more expensive. Once they reinstate the other services they will be made available to you. We have no estimate as to when that will be.
Please note that once you receive your order, the Custom Authorities of your country may impose Duties and/or VAT charges on the products.
