We loved these treats! I'm not a fan of sarde but this recipe was delicious! Such cute packaging too. The best for me is seeing the love on people's faces when they're eating, and this feast made it happen!

This is my second purchase of this wonderful St Joseph's day pasta assortment.

My favorite touch is the browned bread crumbs to use instead of cheese. They represent the saw dust since Joseph was a carpenter. What a great and different pasta dinner!

This is a wonderful gift and a lot of fun to cook. Only thing is that the box contains instructions with a LINK to the actual recipes. This requires having a computer, going to your computer, entering the URL OR searching the website, finding both recipes (not easy) and having and using a printer. Not an easy task for ME not to mention just about impossible for most Nonna's. Now when I give the gift I follow up by emailing PDF's of the recipes (which still requires a printer). Obviously the problem is solved if the price goes up one dollar and Nonna includes both printed recipes!

For years when my Nanna was alive and living with us - my mother would make pasta consarda every Christmas Eve. My aunt would come over and loved this meal. My Nanna has passed on and my Aunt has moved to Florida - so I sent her this box as I knew she would enjoy it. She called very excited as she is the only one in the house that enjoys this dish and now she had all the ingredients to make it for Christmas Eve. This is a great gift to send to anyone that loves this dish.

We loved this St Josephs Day Box! The variety of treats and the festive packaging make this a wonderful gift. A great cooking project for kids and parent cook. We haven't even made Bucatini con Sarde yet...it waits in a prime location of our pantry. Malfadine with anchovies was delicious and we were delighted by this pasta which was a shape we had never experienced before. Being a couple, we had plenty for tasty meals the following days. We will order this box every year both for ourselves and as gifts to the cooks in our Italian family. Thanks to Rosella for preserving the best part of our heritage...my Nonna's from Siciliy and Calabria are smiling down on Rosella with pride.

Love this box so much!! The only thing is that the breadcrumbs bag was not secured and half of the breadcrumbs fell out. We were able to salvage most of them so all good. Would definitely order again!

I purchased this box for my sister. I am sad that we will not be spending yet another St. Joseph's day in quarantine & not with family. But, my sister and her family were thrilled to receive the box! I'm sure it will make their St. Joseph's day extra nice!

This was a great choice for St. Joseph's Day. We loved it. Easy and quick to prepare.

I grew up celebrating St. Joseph Day. My grandmother had a big table every year and invited any one who
wanted could come and eat free. She made a promise that if all 5 of her sons returned from the war she
would have the table to honor St. Joseph.
The memories of the family spending the week cooking and preparing for that day was awesome. I have been
following you for some time and got so excited when I saw the St. Joseph box. I have received it and kooking
forward to using it on the 19th.

I have one issue though, I ordered the taralles and just went to open one and it was dated November 2019. Do they not have a long shelf life or was just that a mistake in shipping with something outdated?
