Beautiful bracelet broke on third wearing

I gave this bracelet to my niece she loved it. It broke on her third wearing and I emailed with pic. After a few back and forth emails I was told to return it and sent a return label. I sent it back and have heard nothing yet. ? Maybe pretty but could be flimsy ?? Or did I get a lemon??

Any bracelet it it gets caught in something, it can break. We have sent you a replacement.
