Beautiful

This platter is absolutely beautiful. But for the price, I was it was bigger. As beautiful as it is, that why it’s getting 4 stars. It’s not worth the price. You can’t put much on it.

High quality ceramic platter that our family will pull out year after year when celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. It's not a huge platter, but it's perfect for serving up a plate of baked clams or fried shrimp, and carries on our family tradition. So festive & fun. I highly recommend it. I hope the Rainbow Cookie platter comes back in stock because I'd love to add it to my collection. They're conversation starters & show stoppers. True artisan pieces.

Platter is absolutely gorgeous, but very small and very expensive. My fault for not double checking the size. I would not have ordered. It’s breathtaking either way.

Feast of the Seven Fishes

In our house it wouldn’t be Christmas Eve without the Feast of the Seven Fishes. My mom taught me this tradition & I passed it down & taught my 2 kids. They’re grown now, but both always look forward to
being around the table together & enjoying the feast. My son has always been the official “counter” to be sure we have all seven fishes (& sometimes more) on the table, so as soon as I saw this unique platter, I knew I was buying it for him to use in his home, too.. It’s a little on the smaller side (about 6x9) but it’s perfect for showcasing golden fried shrimp or stuffed clams. It’s beautifully quality, too, & the artisan work & design is nice enough to display year round. Bound to be treasured & used every year. Thank you, Cooking with Nonna, for the beautiful serve-wear offered on your website. They help keep our family traditions alive! God bless!

Small platter

I was thinking that this was going to fit the different variety of fishes but it’s just a one choice dish. It’s perfect and I love it. I didn’t check the size before ordering so if you’re looking for a larger plate just know that it’s small for one app. It’s heavy and the artwork is fun and festive. Picture is deceiving looking larger than it really is. I’m happy I bought it and makes a fun centerpiece,

A piece of art!

I’m so thrilled I bought this platter! It’s 9x12, perfect for an app or to serve my bacala! The artwork is so beautiful. So much time went into this piece and I can’t wait to use it as my centerpiece on Christmas Eve. It’s truly a work of art.

Absolutely loved it. A tribute to my mom who passed in May. Our first Christmas without her.

Beautiful

It is such a pretty platter. Nice size for smaller things. I gave it to my mother for Christmas Eve and she cried. We served smoked fish dip on it. So glad it came back in stop before the holiday.

Beautiful !

Beautifully painted and good quality platter. Can't wait for Christmas to use it!
Also received the Dolci platter. Now if you could make an antipasti platter I would love to have that too !

I wish it was just a bit larger.

Pretty, but wish it came bigger

This dish is beautiful and probably the only "Feast of the Seven Fishes" plate out there. I would not call it a platter though, 9 X 12 is the size of an appitizer plate. You could only fit one fish dish on this plate. I wish it came bigger so I can plate similar fish dishes together. The artwork is fun and the colors are similar to the picture shown.

Second to None

The Seven Fishes Platter was a BIG HIT! It was gifted to Our Daughter Carla-Maria on our Christmas Eve Celebration.
Naturally we were having our 7 Fish Dinner. Our Grandchildren (ages 11-Twins) thought it was Great!. She will be hosting
next year's Christmas Eve Luncheon/Dinner. It will add to our "Tradition". Especially since it is from Sicily. Our Son, John
wanted to know where his was. So shortly after, I ordered another one. It will be a surprise for him. This platter represents
Our Family Tradition being passed on. The Colors are so attractive....We Love It and so do Our Children.

Decorative & sturdy!

It’s nice to have a dinner servingware that represents the Feast of the Seven Fishes. You can’t find anything like that anywhere! When it arrived, I thought it was smaller than it should be, but it was just right because it actually fit all the fried fish I served that evening and I had room for my other food items on my table! It is decorative and sturdy. I love all the cute fish colored on the platter too! The kids like pointing at the fish on the platter and trying to identify them as they eat, LOL!
