Wonderful Customer Service!

I would especially like to thank Vito for providing excellent customer service! It was my first time ordering and I had a bunch of questions, which Vito was happy to answer. He was extremely informative and friendly, which I appreciated very much.

After placing my order, I received an email from Fed Ex indicating that a shipment order was placed and as soon as they received the package, they would inform me it was on it's way. After 3 days or so, Fed Ex still had not received the package for shipment, so I phoned Vito to inquire when it might be shipped. Vito assured me that he would personally process the shipment the next morning, which he did. So thank you again Vito for your kindness and for handling the situation in a very prompt manner!! You are the best and I will definitely be ordering again.
