Struncatura Pasta di Semola di Grano Duro - Bronze Extruded is a traditional Calabrian pasta known for its rustic texture and rich flavor. Originally considered a "poor man's dish," struncatura was made from the remnants of flour and bran collected from the mill floor. Today, it's crafted using high-quality whole durum wheat semolina and water, resulting in a dark-colored pasta with a rough surface that excellently absorbs sauces.
Tha pasta is shaped in the form of Linguine.
