I love these for cooking and making soups

The flavor of these cubes is rich and authentic. I am so glad they are here in La Bottega becuase they are hard to find. They are great for soups and when cooking lentils.

Bought for myself and my daughter. I cannot find this here in North Carolina, so it was an amazing treat. I've used it in roasts and soups. Beautiful flavor.

These were absolutely amazing flavor spot on Porcini flavor! I used them for 1st time when simmering a pork loin along with small red potatoes, they added such a nice not overbearing mushroom flavor. I also added one more dissolved in water along with fresh sliced mushrooms towards the last 15 mins of cooking time. The flavor was a winner with the family, traditionally I was using a canned mushroom broth. No comparison.

When I opened the box I smelled porcini mushrooms! The dried porcini cubes are amazing. The flavor is strong and delicious. I made a mushroom and beef dish and I can’t wait to use it in risotto! Grazie!
