Mancini's Spaghetti is the everyday classic elevated to artisanal perfection. Excellent with your favorite meat sauce, a simple pomodoro, or any tomato-based preparation — the bronze-extruded texture grips every drop of sauce beautifully.

What makes Mancini truly unique: they grow their own durum wheat and built their pasta factory right in the middle of their fields in the Marche region. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. Extruded through circular bronze die plates, then slow-dried at temperatures below 44°C — taking up to 40 hours for long pasta shapes.
