It's not a fig newton!

At first I thought this cookie would be like the cookies I buy in the Italian bakery, but it wasn't. Even though it wasn't as I expected it was so delicious! I love how fresh it tastes and the fig adds that extra deliciousness. I wish there were more fig taste in the cookie but other than that it was amazing.

I was very pleased with the cookies best fig cookies I have every had. I would buy again they were so flakey and the fig filling was so good. Not buying fig newtons anymore.
