Finally, a decent jarred sauce!

Wow, this is very close to the one my Sicilian mother made, and the closest I've found to that which is served fresh in Sicily. Full flavored, aromatic, bursting with the taste of Sicily. I will be buying more next time you have a free shipping sale or when I buy enough to qualify for free shipping. ;)

The pasta con sarde is delicious, but still didn't taste like my Nana's. The shipping is outrageous.

We are happy that you liked the sauce. Of course, it will never be like your Nana's but it must be pretty close.
As for the shipping, the rates are determined by the US Postal service, not by us. Of course, if you buy just one jar, the shipping costs relative to the cost of the jar may seem high. But if you buy more than one, the shipping costs are only marginally higher.
