Easy and tasty

Made this the other day and soaked some additional porcini to add to it. Loved it and so did most of the family except the ones who do not like mushrooms. Plan to buy again.

Definitely ordering more of this. Rice was cooked perfectly in just 15 minutes. So easy and quick but best of all, totally delicious.
