This brand is by far the best gluten free pasta. They have a great selection. It's pricey but worth it. You get over a pound. Other GF products are only 8oz. This helps when I dont want to make 2 separate pastas. Cook al dente & its close to regular pasta. The Mafaldine & Paccheri are my favorites.
