Riscossa is the brand of pasta that Nonna Romana  sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945.  Riscossa pasta is produced in Corato (about 20 miles away from our hometown Mola di Bari, Puglia) and is the brand of pasta that all Pugliesi love. I'm happy to continue Nonna Romana's tradition of making this pasta available in my Bottega.

The Best

We love this pasta in my house. My mother will not use any pasta that you would buy in the grocery store anymore in the US. When you cook it - it grows so much. One package makes a lot. The pasta has such a great taste and everyone love it.

The description does say it. Here it is:
Pans are non-stick-coated on the inside and have the same finish and coating on the outside.
