Pasta Mista - Mixed Pasta - Riscossa from Puglia

Mixed cuts of pasta from Riscossa to make any dish look interesting.

Riscossa is the brand of pasta that Nonna Romana  sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945.  Riscossa pasta is produced in Corato (about 20 miles away from our hometown Mola di Bari, Puglia) and is the brand of pasta that all Pugliesi love. I'm happy to continue Nonna Romana's tradition of making this pasta available in my Bottega.

Perfect

I can’t wait to try this in my mothers recipe of patana pasta that everyone who tries it asks for the recipe. A very basic comfort food and this mix looks perfect as we usually mix in different shapes of pasta. I’m very excited to make this for my family. Thanks again Nonna and R

PASTA!!!

I purchased the pasta mista earlier this year to use with soups for the fall and winter. My pasta fagioli came out really good and can't wait to use the pasta again.
