I made these Paccheri Rigati this Sunday with my delicious gravy! I know some people call it sauce (not me). They cooked up perfectly and my guests had no idea they were gluten free!! When I told them, they remained with their mouths open!!!
As much as I would love to buy store bought pasta to save some money, I WILL NOT! This Fabbrica Della Pasta is by far the best gluten free pasta Ive ever had. REALLY!!!
