This pasta was great with my asparagus cream sauce

My mother used to make homemade orrechiette with semolina and she made so many we dried them on sheets. These seem to be made with flour and so many were broken into pieces. So disappointing.

I l9ve this with chicken and white wine and parm. Cheese yumm the best

Pasta from italy has a marvelous texture. The orchiaetta is excellent in a broth or served with broccoli rape. I like that this is also organic. I have a one pan pasta recipe I love to make and only use this pasta in it. Lots of compliments as the pasta is the star.

Excellent texture and holds up well even sitting in a broth. Used as a substitute to acini de pepe or tubetini in my pot of Italian Wedding Soup. They were still firm the next day when heating up a cup for my office lunch. Nonna Romana you're an expert!

Orecchiette that is so much better and quite different than boxed brands... cooks up like pillowy "little ears". My diced pancetta and peas in olive oil nestle into them nicely, and, best of all, they DON'T clump together like boxed brands do (even DeCecco!) Complementi!

This pasta was terrific. I made it with chicken cacciatore and it was a nice change from spaghetti.

What I love about this pasta is it's ability to hold all your best marinara's, and this makes this pasta a "go to" for my familia!! The versatility of what you can do with this pasta and what you can serve it with is only how you imagine it! It's perfecto!!!! Pasta Della Nonna is excellent in all of the varieties!!!

I will no longer buy this type of pasta from the store! I only order it from CWN. Great flavor, texture, and overall quality. There are several CWN recipes I have tried with this pasta and they all came out delicious. Highly recommend it!

This product was scrumptious. I had my husband make Nona's Tomato Basil sauce and we added sausage. It was absolutely divine.

I was making a special dish of Orecchiette with Asparagus and Peas and it specified using Grana Padana cheese. I knew THIS was the recipe for which I had been saving my bag of Orecchiette Caserecca. I was excited to use authentic Italian pasta in my dish and was not disappointed. I love pasta that has a flavor of its own and these orecchiette cooked perfectly, tasted delicious and enhanced this meal. I shared some with my neighbors and the next day the husband came over and inquired about the “ears”!

I wanted to love this pasta, but I think the one I received, the pasta was uneven in thickness. So when I cooked it, some of them were done but others were only half done. Sorry but I won’t buy these again.
