I really wanted to love these knives. I bought them a few months ago and tried using one but was unhappy with it. I came across them in my kitchen drawer again today and decided to give them another try but I am still very disappointed.
The serrated edge of the knife makes paring or slicing very difficult and tedious, I really had to work to get the knife through the fruits or vegetables. I just used it on broccoli and had to use a slow and tedious sawing motion to cut off the florets. When trying to cut fruit or tomatoes the knife crushes the item being cut.
It's a very difficult knife to use.
Sorry to say I am tossing these knives and would not buy again.

I bought these knives a couple years ago. I love them. We use them all the time. I only have one left so I will be ordering more wonderful product holds up well.

I buy these for everyone I know. They are very sharp, flexible and easy to wash. My BIL just loves them. Cuts everything from tomatoes to steak! I remember my Nonna using something like this all the time. Do yourself a favor and put some extra on your shelf, because people will ask you where you got them!

Being left handed, I've never been able to cut a straight line with scissors let alone slice thin vegetables; especially garlic, but after recently purchasing Nonna's knives, I was amazed at how magically they allowed me to chop, slice & dice through everything! This may sound crazy but it was as if Nonna was holding my hands making it happen. If you knew my cutting skills, you'd understand. To be able to slice garlic so thin you could see through it, I may never need to use a garlic press again! Best knives ever!!! Thank you Nonna & Rosella ❤️🙏

The NONNA knives are well-made, super priced and are workhorses in the kitchen. Even if you're not Italian; Everybody should own a set of NONNA knives.

Going on my 2nd year with these knives and they still look and perform like brand new. I do wash by hand and store in a block with blades up.

These are by far, the best knives we have ever had! They work for everything--meal prep, dicing veggies, slicing meat, slicing bread--at the table, and for meal preparation. The serrated blade stays sharp without being a safety hazard. They work! I have bough many sets for myself and for family members. Everyone loves them!

I purchased the red Nonna knives at least 5 years ago. Since that time, THIS KNIFE is my go-to for everything !!! It is excellent for slicing tomatoes, slicing open rolls or Italian bread, mincing garlic & onions, cutting through frozen kielbasa, peeling veggies, spreading butter & creamed cheeses, cutting dense veggies (i.e. potatoes, carrots, turnips), and slicing meat. I am so surprised that through the years, I have abandoned my professional kitchen knives to pick up the lightweight Nonna knife to get food prep done quickly. The surface cleans up beautifully and all the handles have stayed tightly fit to the blade...not one of them has loosened up. I highly recommend.

We have purchased 3 sets of these for our own use as well as 5 or 6 others for gifts! They work better than some knives that are 3 times the price. Dishwasher safe too!

I had to write again, it has been 4 years that I have my knives and I use them every single day and I just love them! The people I gave them to as gifts love theirs too. They have not gotten one bit dull at all.
