Baiocchi cookies

Cookies arrived packaged well but when I took off the bubble wrap I could hear that there were broken cookies. These were to be a gift and about 1/3 were broken and the rest covered in crumbs. That is not an acceptable amount of breakage. I sent 3 emails asking for a refund and never received a reply. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers and I am a repeat customer. However now I am a former customer.

These cookies are so light and flaky and taste delicious. I took them to work with me. I live in Nevada and everyone wanted some :) I really do recommend them.
