Premium pasta produced in Gragnano (Naples), Italy, using only the finest Durum Wheat and water from the local Lattari mountains. The pasta is bronze extruded and is air dried according to old traditions passed on from previous generations.

OH, YES! Made THE Best Pasta al Limone with this!

Limone Heaven!

This pasta had a beautiful, light lemon flavor and made a fantastico Lemon Cacio e Pepe Recipe. The second bag I bought actually made me think of my trip to the Amalfi Coast. Lemon Ricotta Pasta! Mmmmmmm! Sure hope Nonna restocks soon!

Limone, Limone, Molto Bene Limone Linquini!!

This is the first time I have tried the Linguini al Limone! Molto Bene Fabbrica della Pasta for making this excellent lemon linquini!

I made this linguini with my Nonna's sauce recipe for Limone, Crema, & Parmigiano. It was topped with jumbo grilled shrimp marinated in lemon juice, EVOO, and fresh chiffonnade basilico from my garden. I topped if off with fresh grated lemon zest and more Parmigiano! The raves from my familia were superb, and now I will add this linguini pasta to my summer recipe for Gamberetto ala Limone Linguini realizzato da Nonna Christina! Thank you Fabbrica della Pasta for making such an incredible product! This is going to be a pantry staple in my casa.

Nice Lemon flavor

This pasta has a nice lemon flavor. I made a lemon garlic shrimp pasta and it was delicious. I will be ordering more. I have not been able to find this pasta since a visit to Positano - I'm so happy to be able to purchase it here!!

This pasta is wonderful. It has a nice lemony taste, not too tart but you know it is there. We had it with some nice fish and it was perfect.

Oh so Lemony Linguine!

I LOVE this linguine!! It has a great texture that cooks up al dente in 10 minutes. The flavor of lemon is light and paired well with the lemon cream sauce I made to go with it. I will definitely be purchasing this again! The family loved it!
