Riscossa is the brand of pasta that Nonna Romana  sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945.  Riscossa pasta is produced in Corato (about 20 miles away from our hometown Mola di Bari, Puglia) and is the brand of pasta that all Pugliesi love. I'm happy to continue Nonna Romana's tradition of making this pasta available in my Bottega.

Each package contains about 20 sheets of pasta of 2" x 10" in size.

This pasta is imported directly from Italy and comes in Italian packaging.

I make lasagna for special family dinners and have really enjoyed how my lasagna recipes turn out with Riscossa Lasagna pasta. This product is excellent and provides an even texture to any lasagna recipe I choose to make periodically. It cooks evenly with any fillings/sauces I choose and receive excellent compliments from my family especially my grandchildren.

I am gluten sensitive and can only eat flour products made in Europe. This pasta was like eating a big of heaven after all that awful gluten-free stuf.
