Grilled Eggplant in Olive Oil

The best and so deliciously flavored. This brand is excellent. There are large pieces and you get so much ! We loved the flavor.

This eggplant is delicious! It can be served for antipasto or as a side for a regular meal! My family loves it, so when I order, I stock up!

The grilled eggplant is do delicious. I love eggplant, but have never had it grilled like this. I put some in my air fryer to heat it up then sprinkled some Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning on it (I’m from Louisiana) and it was soooooo good like that. Buy some you will love it!

This is a most excellent grilled eggplant packed in the best, lightest olive oil. Its versatility lends itself to be seasoned anyway that you want and makes amazing dishes from appetizers to side dishes to main course. Eggplant is totally Mediterranean, and we Italian's love this as a go to staple like our tomatoes. I use this for many dishes that I prepare for my children and grandchildren who love to eat Nonna's food. Always done with love, delitsioso. Buon Appetito!!!

I was not sure if ordering this product was a good decision, IT WAS! The grilled eggplant packed in a delicious light but flavorful olive oil was a treat. And the amount of eggplant was plentiful. Will be ordering again.
