Riscossa is the pasta brand that Nonna Romana sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945. Produced in Corato — just 20 miles from our hometown of Mola di Bari, Puglia — Riscossa is the pasta that all Pugliesi love. We're proud to continue Nonna Romana's tradition of bringing this beloved pasta to our Bottega.

I don't see this in the stores by me that much at all. I love this had this growing up and love buying the different pasta's on Cooking with Nonna. I'm a forever buyer on here.

My husband and I were in Rome recently and had this pasta made with a lemon sauce. Very delicious and a very unusual shape I had never seen the long fusilli before. I could not find it in any store where I live in Maine until I found it here! Now I can have a taste of Italy anytime I want! Thank you!!!

GREAT VARITIES OF PASTA

I love all the pasta that I order. Everything arrives on time. Each pasta package is individually wrapped in bubble wrap so nothing breaks in shipment. It's great to receive different shape pastas that the stores do not carry here. I live in North Carolina and we do not have these shapes. We come from New York originally and shopping here is one learning experience.

I am a native New Yorker of Italian descent. Growing up we had pasta Tuesday, Thirsday and of course Sunday. I now live with my family in the beautiful state of Alabama. I enjoy my new lifestyle, BUT I miss my ability to buy my favorite Italian pasta, until I found bottegadellamonna.💕 I purchase three bags of Fussilli pasta as it is my favorite. My Mother used to buy this pasta for us all the time,Then it disappeared never to be found again, until.......I found it here. Everytime I go to the supermarket or where ever I think they may have it......they don't.
