• Ice packs may dissipate in transit and the Artichokes  may thaw. Not to worry.
• Upon arrival, you can store the Artichokes in the freezer. They can last up to 6 weeks in the freezer.
• Alternatively you can store them in the fridge and consume them withing 3-4 days.
