No loops for hanging

The only one towel out of the 6 I purchased had the handy loop for hanging except the Befana towel whose loop was a replica of the Italian flag. Nice touch!
All of the towels I purchased in Italy had the loops!
If theses were truly made in Italy why are these loops missing now?
Plus I only paid 5.00 USD for them when I last visited Italy. You have a pretty healthy markup!
