Extra Virgin Olive Oil — San Giuliano Alghero

This classic Sardinian extra virgin olive oil is made from the first cold pressing of a carefully selected blend of Bosana, Frantoio, Leccino, Semidana, and Coratina olives. Mechanically harvested from late November through January, the olives are cold pressed with granite millstones, naturally decanted, filtered, and bottled to preserve their full character.

Clear golden yellow in color with a fruity aroma of ripe olives and delicate hints of almond and vanilla. Sweet, lightly spicy, and beautifully balanced — a true expression of Sardinian olive oil tradition. Packaged in custom dark green glass bottles designed to protect against UV rays and oxidation.
