I bought this pan also, I bought the smaller 12 inch pan because it’s so easy to clean it cooks beautifully and makes pizza focaccia and roasted vegetables. Perfect I highly suggest you buy one of these or both like I did.

I was looking to buy a focaccia pan for a long time. I bought the smaller one first and loved it. My family ate the whole focaccia right away and I knew I needed the bigger one too! This pan is the perfect size and I’m so happy I purchased it. I bought one for my sister-in-law as well.

Well I finally was able to use the pan and.... SUCCESS!! The Focaccia

My grandmother used to make focaccia and she had a special pan that she would use to make it. However, when she passed, I never saw the pan again. When I came across Cooking with Nonna, I saw this large pan and knew that this was the one, well almost. I knew that I needed a pan that was deep and it didn't disappoint. I received them faster than I expected and in good shape. For my first time, I used a different focaccia recipe (similar to my grandmother's) and the pan created a nice crust, moist, and height. However, I will need to add more oil next time but at least I can enjoy memories of this delicious bread.
Now it's time to make Nona Romana Sciddurlo's focaccia bread, Barese-Style on page 176 of Cooking with Nonna Cookbook! If you are looking for a focaccia pan, I strongly recommend this pan as you won't regret it.

I usually go square with my focaccia, but I now make it with this superb focaccia pan. I use "Cooking With Nonna" recipe and I win every time! I LOVE my pan!

I love to cook and bake, therefore, I like to have the best "tools of the trade"! This pan is amazing, not only in quality since it's made in Italy, but for the size. It's very hard to find this pan shape in a large size. I love it already and my family loves it as well because they get to eat my tasty focaccia! :)

This pan is just perfect for pizza, any kind of pizza. I love the size, the large pan measures 15 inches across. I made my Sicilian pizza on the same day I received it, I was so happy with it I ordered a second one. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I have the smaller one and i use it all the time but sometimes its not big enough. Soooooo i got the bigger one. Love the way it bakes the food!
