Best pans ever!

Love this foccacia pan. It's made well and a perfect weight. I bought 2 and gave one to my son and he loved it too.

Absolutely love this pan! Perfect size for focaccia. The fluted edges are beautiful. The non-stick aluminum cooks wonderfully and gives you an amazing crust. I couldn't be happier!

Perfect size to cut my larger focaccia recipe in half. Cooks perfectly and the weight is light but cooks like it’s heavy.

This pan is a beauty Very sturdy Excellent Quality I can use it as a torte pan too.

I have been looking for an authentic focaccia pan for a long time. I have pans that were bought in Italy 30 years ago. These pans are great. I bought 8 and gave them as gifts to family who have an interest in making focaccia. Making great memories!

Of course they make great pizza and focaccia but you can bake anything in them. I think they are pretty enough to use as a serving platter for a cheese plate or fill with ice and shrimp cocktail. I have all the sizes.

I bought this pan for my new son in law as he has taken an interest in Italian cooking. It seems sturdy enough and the size is perfect. The only thing that I’m hesitant about is that it’s coated with Teflon. I wish the description would have mentioned that as I’ve been trying to avoid products coated with it. My aunt has one and she is a focaccia perfectionist so based on her expertise we’ll give this one a try.
