Its dough is rich in juicy candied Sicilian oranges and Diamante citron with a naturally intense aroma, sweet sultanas and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The Artisanal Classic Panettone is obtained by natural leavening from sourdough and the basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range eggs in Italy, milk, cream and butter. A perfect combination of Italian confectionery tradition, craftsmanship and excellent ingredients evaluated and selected with extreme care, which makes Loison artisanal Panettone a perfect sweet to be enjoyed at Christmas and at any time of the year.
