Ditali - Riscossa

Ditali pasta that is perfect for all your soups and especially Pasta & Fagioli.

Riscossa is the brand of pasta that Nonna Romana  sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945.  Riscossa pasta is produced in Corato (about 20 miles away from our hometown Mola di Bari, Puglia) and is the brand of pasta that all Pugliesi love. I'm happy to continue Nonna Romana's tradition of making this pasta available in my Bottega.

A pantry staple

This pasta shape is essential for Pasta e Fagioli and brings back memories of home with every spoonful. There's nothing like a hearty bowl of beans and macaroni on a cold day! Great quality for a great price.

Ditali Pasta

Best little pasta noodles to add to a hearty soup of any kind!
Just the right size, shape and texture. Even great added to a bowl of chili!

What can I say about Riscossa's Ditali! This pasta makes my minestrone zuppa Favoloso!!! I purchase this pasta to give to my 2 daughters for their minestrone zuppa's and it has become a regular pasta staple in our pantries! Delizioso (or is it deliziosa?)

I haven't been able to find ditali since I moved to the Pacific Northwest - at least not in any brand I'm willing to eat! This was perfect. It made my recipe perfect. I'm planning to order more shapes in this brand. Thank you!
