Best Olive Ever!!

Not too salty and they don't have that bitter after taste like most olives do...smooth and mellow. My husband ate the whole jar in a week. Buying 2 jars now, one for each of us!

The Best Olives

Just wholesome deliciousness! I would go to Castalvetrano with my dad to buy the olives as a child. They are so so good. I added these to my eggplant caponata and planning on using also in my ghiotta di baccala. Some people make this only around Christmas, I love it all year.

Castelvetrano are my husband's favorite olives and this brand is so meaty and delicious! I also like that they are preserved with sea salt. Very reasonably priced for this variety of olives.
