PS:  Please be aware that Cartellate, by their very nature, are extremely Fragile and even though we package them well, they can experience significant breakage during transport.  Especially when carriers drop boxes on your porch without care for the Fragile content.  Therefore, WE WILL NOT be liable for breakage.

Cartellate are the traditional Christmas fritters made in Puglia at Christmas time.  These Cartellate are PLAIN. Once you receive them you can dip them in Vin Cotto or honey and then sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Vin Cotto and Honey NOT included.
