Capellini perfetti e deliziosi

La Veneziane Capellini is one of my favorite pastas to use in a number of dishes. My grandchildren love the thinness of it, and it is easy to maneuver. Its quality is perfect in zuppa, rinsed in cold water and eaten with vegetables that have been steamed with UVOO added and a little flavored vinegar and lemon zest. It is extremely versatile in different dishes. Mille Grazie La Veneziane!!!
