These are the best, my favorite, I put garlic, oil, diced up tomatoes, oregano salt and pepper, basil. You can put anchovies too. So delicious, highly recommend getting these.

First I want to thank you for providing such great products. I really enjoy the
Calabrian Freselle. I always want a stock on hand, and I give some away as well. The taste is authentic. They can be prepared in a variety of ways. I am diabetic, and they are just the right size for portion control. I grew up in a very Italian neighborhood in Chicago, and they really hit home. Also, thanks for the very fast delivery.
