Calabria Red - Dish Towel - Made in Italy

Love the dish towel. My family is from Calabria... I am learning more about Calabria, from shopping on La Bottega della Nonna's online store. I love the store and products are so great, I like being able to shop for items that remind me of having dinner at Grandma & Grandpa's.

Gave as a gift to a Calabrian Nonna. She absolutely loved it! Colors are vibrant and made of thin tight knit cotton. It meaures 22” x 35”. Great gift and conversation piece!

I didn't really pay attention to the measurements... this towel is huge! I mean, twice as large as any other dish or hand towels I have. It arrived fairly stiff but softened a lot in the wash. I ordered two more.

I ordered two of these towels. Love both of them. The one of Calabria was of particular interest to me as I still have family there and it is a nice reminder of them. The cheese one I bought helps me to pinpoint where the cheeses I love so much come from. Love the quality of the linen.

Saw a Calabria Dish Towel hanging in a food store years ago, but it was not for sale. I am thrilled to finally have one of my own that shows where my family came from. Great service!

I brought several pastas, spoons, knives and I also bought three dish towels, and I thought they were gonna be your typical dish towels but when I got them they were incredibly beautiful and I said to my husband there is no way I am using these as a dish towel so now I’m on the hunt to have them framed for my kitchen dining room. They are just beautiful and they are huge. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything so beautiful in a dish towel. I’m definitely going to order more and give them as gifts. You won’t be disappointed in them. They are absolutely gorgeous.

I bought a few in Italy years ago and gave them as gifts, now I can purchase here and continue to give them as GIFTS! I have framed one and its hanging in my kitchen too!

Many years ago when I was in Italy I bought a dish towel from Molise. My husband was born in Portocannone, which is near Termoli. I framed it and it's always on my kitchen wall. My grandparents came from Reggio & Cosenza. I will frame this like the one from Molise

My father's best friend was from Calabria so in his memory I bought this. It is a beautiful towel of a beautiful region that is represented by beautiful people.

This is a lovely dish towel too pretty to use.
