Mancini's Bucatini is a thick, hollow spaghetti-style pasta that pairs beautifully with hearty meat sauces or traditional regional dishes like Bucatini con Sarde. Made with the same dedication to craft that has defined Mancini for generations.

What makes Mancini truly unique: they grow their own durum wheat and built their pasta factory right in the middle of their fields in the Marche region. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. The pasta is extruded through circular bronze die plates for a rough, porous texture that holds sauce beautifully, then slow-dried at temperatures below 44°C — taking up to 40 hours for long pasta shapes.
