Brooklyn Breadcrumbs - Plain

These breadcrumbs seem to be the best for cutlets. I’ve been purchasing them for several years now. Just add your own seasoning when needed but aside from making them yourself, these are the best!

These are the best breadcrumbs I've purchased. You can taste that they are made from high quality bread. The coarse texture makes it apparent that they are not manufactured in the same way as those you get from the grocery store. I used some for my pasta di San Giuseppe and the flavor was outstanding. I look forward to making some pork cutlets next!
