I got these for my sister, who is Gluten-Free and Vegan, God bless her. I made them with a vegetarian bullion base and added cooked zucchini and tomatoes. Amazing! They create a very flavorful slightly creamy broth depending on how long you cook them. Heads-up! Make sure your water is salted a little (like the ocean), and at a rapid boil or they will stick to the bottom. Don't stir them very much but occasionally just stick a spoon in to check if any are sticking and un-stick them. I wouldn't recommend rising these like other noodles, just let them cook right into whatever you're making until they're at the desired tenderness. Great product, even for the non Gluten-Free! Very good but different from what I grew up with

Great for soup !! Since my husband got diagnosed with celiacs it has been really hard to find certain pasta shapes. This brand is delicious and the bottega ships so quickly. Very much reccomend !!
