Anelletti Siciliani by Primeluci

I wanted to make the Sicilian Timballo recipe and needed the right pasta, so I purchased here. It is very difficult to find it anywhere else. I had never made the recipe before and I wanted it to be perfect. Will purchase again.

I love the quality of this pasta. It is perfect for soup.

I made Nonna’s anelletti e polpettine recipe from this website using this pasta and it was a huge hit, we all loved it.

I looked for this for so long in my local stores. It was never available. Finally, I found it here. When I place the order the pasta bag arrived open and spilled. I contacted customer service and they right away sent me a one time replacement. Finally, again, I have this pasta and has made it several times already in soup and casserole. I love it, and hope to always find it here.

Love when pasta holds its shape and texture is not overly soft just al dente. These bronze extruded pastas are the best. They hold up well in any recipe and don't break up into little pieces and also take on the sauce or broth perfectly.
A definite pantry stock item!

I ordered these products on a Thursday and was told I would receive them in 2 days- The cost for shipping was $17 & change. I received this package exactly 1 week after I ordered it! zNot acceptable!! Disappointed! (Products themselves are fine but I'm not sure I'll order again feeling I was not told the truth.)

Made these annelletti in a hearty pastina vegetable soup and my whole family enjoyed them. I was especially happy that the pasta arrived so nicely wrapped and there was no breakage. Thanks Rosella!

I had never seen this product before and in my mind it was exactly what I wanted for soups and pasta dishes. So far I've used it in chicken soup and vegetable soup. Next up is meat sauce. I am sold on this pasta!!!
