Love this vanilla and used it in my ricotta cookies! You get a substantial amount of packets(6) and makes your deserts taste so much better then the imitation liquid vanilla! There’s a distinct different vanilla taste that you could pick out in your deserts! Rosella uses this a lot so if your untreated in making her deserts buy theses so you have exactly the taste of her deserts!

I use one packet instead of a teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. The flavor is so much better!

I have used this product a few times and enjoy it very much. It tasted like vanilla but without alcohol so it seems sweeter than vanilla extract. I use 2 packets for a full size recipe. I just made Rosella’s Aperol Spritz loaf cake. It was very good with different flavor, sweet and a little bitter. I would make it again.

I used this to make Nonna’s lemon ricotta cake and it got rave reviews from everyone I served it to. There definitely is a difference using this instead of vanilla extract and I will make sure I always have it on hand.

I just received mine yesterday and have not baked with it yet. What I can tell you is the smell when I opened the package was intoxicating. I love Vanilla anything!
I never use straight vanilla flavor for my Pizzelle's I always use Anise. I am going to break tradition and make some with just Vanillina and I cannot wait to see how they taste. It's almost Christmas, right?! Yes I would recommend this product just by smell alone.

First time I used it was to make pizzelles. This stuff smells so good! And gave my pizzelles a vanilla punch.

You could smell the vanilla scent thru the mailing package and that was wonderful. Easy to use the product and it is as good as it smells!!! Will order again in the future.

Vanillina is my new favorite vanilla! The aroma and taste are just amazing and it elevates anything it’s added to. You get a generous 6 packets, but grab more than that because you are going to fall in love with it! Add it to cookies, cakes, pancakes, and French toast —. It’s vanilla heaven and has absolutely none of that nasty fake vanilla flavor that the supermarket vanilla extracts have.
