This is NOT a Mediterranean blend of oils, this is 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from olives cultivated by Frantoio Galantino on thei own farms in Bisceglie which Rossella has visited on her Culinary Tours in Puglia (see photos below).
This particular oil is made by macerating garlic in the extra Virgin Olive Oil so that it absorbs the complete flavor of lemons in your oil.
This is the perfect olive oil to use for all your dishes and as a condiment to your salads and it is a beautiful accent to your kitchen.
