Mamma Isa's pasta is exclusively produced with the best durum wheat semolina, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature. These characteristics give the pasta an amber color and an ideal porosity to increase the taste of every kind of sauce and make it the perfect choice for the "Mediterranean Diet".

This paste is perfect to make your Stuffed Shells specialties. You can stuff them with a ricotta mix, a spinach mix and of course with a meat mix.

This pasta is bronze extruded and slowly dried.
