The Filone Pere Spezie is artisan fruit bread, which leavens naturally thanks to our sourdough. Dario Loison wanted to revive this ancient recipe of his father, Alessandro, enriching it with top quality ingredients and a fragrant blend of selected spices. The soft and well-alveolated dough is embellished with raisins and delicious candied pears, which give the loaf an exclusive and unforgettable flavor.

Ingredients:

WHEAT flour, Fresh EGGS raised on the ground, Sultana raisin (12%), Sugar, Butter (MILK), Candied pear (8%) [Pear (59%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar, Concentrated lemon juice, Preservative: potassium sorbate], Natural sourdough yeast (WHEAT), Sugar icing (7%) [Cane sugar (57%), Fresh EGG white raised on the ground], Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of vegetable origin fatty acids, Inverted sugar, Fresh EGG yolk raised on the ground, Salt, Wildflower honey from Sicily, Blend of selected spices (0,2%), Natural flavors.
