Enjoy the holidays with roasted chestnuts with this thick stainless steel perforated pan Made in Italy. Roast chestnuts just like in the old days the way your Nonna used to make them.
The pan can be used on a gas stove or live coals. Cut up the chestnuts with the tip of a sharp knife, and drop them in the pan. Continuously shake the chestnuts on the open fire to make sure that they cook evenly on all side.
PS: As you use the pan, the color of the pan will change from being exposed to the intense heat but that is to be expected. The integrity of the pan will not be affected.
