Shipping & Storage Details:

  • Pastiera ships frozen with ice packs.
  • Ice packs may dissipate in transit and the Pastiera  may thaw. Not to worry.
  • Upon arrival, store the Pastiera in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Pastiera can last up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
  • To serve, thaw the Pastiera at room temperature for 5 hours prior to serving.
