These Mostaccioli are made with "00" four and Honey only! These are very traditional of Calabria and are presented in beautiful shapes.
PS: If you are not familiar with these Mostaccioli, be careful, these are very hard and are best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee so that you can soften them a little. Or, you can also put them in a microwave for 30 seconds and they will soften.
These are made by Dolciaria Monardo, a family business that has been making sweets for three generations in Calabria.
