Spaghetti alla Chitarra - Mancini
Spaghetti alla Chitarra by Mancini from Marche
Spaghetti alla Chitarra are made with an instrument similar to a guitar. Therefore the spaghetti are square and not round.
Mancini pasta is produced from durum wheat grown directly by the Mancini company; As a matter of fact they built their factory right in the middle of one of their fields. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. They use circular bronze die plates and dry the pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta to dry.
This pasta is imported from Italy and comes in Italian packaging.
