The classic Colomba is the Easter cake par excellence. It is a cloud of butter, eggs, and flour-covered with an almond and sugar glaze which, at the first bite, makes you perceive a light crunchiness followed by an incredible softness! Inside our 1 KG Colomba 100% live mother yeast, it has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, you will not find whole candied fruit as our recipe provides them finely chopped inside the dough to give our Colomba a unique and natural scent of orange, without being intrusive on the palate.

Our Colomba is very rich but refined to the taste and extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% handmade and therefore made entirely by hand.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, candied citrus peel 21% (Orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, acidifier: Citric acid) butter (contains milk), Almond and hazelnut glaze 11% (sugar, egg white, almonds 13% corresponding to 1.5% of the total, 6% hazelnuts corresponding to 0.7% of the total, rice flour) egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) - acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavor, flavorings.

It may contain traces of cereals, soy, milk, derivatives, and other nuts and sulfites.
