Lovely premium pasta in the shape of an engaged couple from Capri produced in Gragnano (Naples), Italy, using only the finest Gluten Free Flours (Rice and Corn) and water from the local Lattari mountains. The pasta is bronze extruded and is air dried according to old traditions passed on from previous generations.
